Governor Lamont: Flags Lowered To Half-Staff to Remember One Million American Lives Lost to COVID-19
(HARTFORD, CT) – Governor Ned Lamont today announced that – in accordance with a proclamation from President Joseph R. Biden, Jr. directing flags to be lowered throughout the country as a mark of solemn respect for the one million American lives lost to COVID-19 – he is directing U.S. and state flags in Connecticut to fly at half-staff beginning immediately until sunset on Monday, May 16, 2022.

COVID-19 Testing Returns to 60 Putnam Avenue
every Tuesday & Thursday in January.
January COVID-19 testing in Hamden takes place every Tuesday and Thursday at 60 Putnam Avenue (HPS Central Office) from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Testing is done in the gymnasium at the rear of the building by Cornell Scott - Hill Health Center in partnership with Town of Hamden, Connecticut, Hamden Public Schools, and Quinnipiack Valley Health District.
