Medicare Benefits
Social Security Administration representative Rob Rodriguez addressed the January 2016 meeting of the HFRA and provided information on Medicare Plans A, B, C and D. He also answered other questions and explained how spouses over age 65, who do not qualify for Social Security benefits, may become eligible for Medicare benefits once their younger husbands (or wives) turn 62.

Anthem Dental "Out of Network" Question
Anthem representative Karen Mordecai conducted a Q&A session regarding medical benefits at the January 2016 meeting of the HFRA.
This question concerned reimbursement rates for "out-of-network" dental services that over the last thirteen years have not kept pace with the reimbursement rates for dental services covered by Anthem.
